It was a pretty standard Monday. Not an incredible amount of interesting things to share, but I’ll see what I can do!
Once again, boot camp is kicking my butt. Today for the majority of the class, we matched up with a partner and did a boxing workout (complete with pink gloves, of course) with 200m runs in-between each round. I have a few girlfriends who’ve gone to boxing classes before and rave about it, but I’d actually never tried it until today. The sweat was flying and I am sitting here 10 hours later with very shaky and sore arms; I’m completely spent from it. I can’t get over how amazing the workout was, and I’m pumped to do it again soon!
I purchased my first Australian Groupon today!
$5 for ten days of hot yoga! Heeey, big spender! My friend bought one too, so we are looking forward to going together. I couldn’t really pass up this one, especially as I’ve been meaning to check out some hot yoga studios in the area. Woo!
This mid-day snack was delish and a no-brainer.

It was also my daughter’s 5th birthday on Sunday.
Happy birthday to my sweet, fluffy girl. I miss little Macy every day and can’t wait to introduce Thomas to her this August!
So yes, not an overly exciting time around these parts. We’re all exhausted over here, so I suppose it’s time to wrap things up for the night and commence the baby bedtime routine. Tomorrow I’m looking forward to a river path walk with some other mums and making some chocolate protein bites. Stay tuned for the recipe! xx
